Economical signifiance

EU demand, currently valued at €9 billion, is projected to grow annually at around 3 per cent, with fluctuations across Europe.  Demand is currently more sustained in industrial applications (transport, packaging etc.) than in the construction industry. It has been calculated that in turn adhesives and sealants are used to manufacture products worth more than €900 billion.
